Point of View
Think about what it would be like to experience life through another's eyes (a different point of view).
It would be interesting to think about how this would affect people:
- understanding
- development
- social aspects
- open mindedness

Ethrocentrism
In my Nations & Nationalities geography course I was shocked to hear people's opinions of Riverwest and the actual borders of the area of Milwaukee.
I live in Riverwest near Bremen Cafe, and feel that I have a completely different point of view than many of my peers living on the Eastside. I found it interesting later to realize how defensive I had become about the neighborhood that I now live in. It helped me realize that I should try to see the way things are through other people's eyes. By putting myself in other people's shoes I can begin to understand people's actions and thoughts better.
